As the Summer Contracting Manager at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA), Mr. Webber gained invaluable experience managing contracts and building lasting relationships with top-tier performers, including renowned organizations like the American Ballet Theatre and Hollywood. This role provided extensive knowledge in artist recruitment and contract management, ensuring seamless collaboration with leading arts institutions.

Previously, as Communications Manager at Opera Carolina, Logan led social media strategy development and execution, driving a 43% increase in engagement. By aligning content with business goals and conducting in-depth research on audience preferences, he enhanced the company's online presence while ensuring consistent communication with followers. A skilled content creator, Mr. Webber effectively used SEO techniques and cross-functional collaboration to amplify the company’s storytelling and messaging.

Logan's expertise extends beyond communications into event production, having consulted with arts nonprofits like Piedmont Opera, Wear Yellow Proudly, The Cancer Society of Anderson, SC, and other small nonprofits. His experience at the Edward C. Smith Civic Center honed Logan's event planning skills, including producing Amahl and the Night Visitors multiple times and bringing the Kenyan trio MOIPEI to Lexington. He also created a Mario Movie Night in Lexington, where kids had the unique opportunity to play Mario Kart on the big screen before the show. These roles have given Logan a well-rounded skill set, allowing for effective coordination of large-scale events and strategic initiatives that drive success within the arts community. Additionally, through connections Logan made at The Smith, he was able to manage the social media accounts for Scythian, the Irish-Ukrainian rock band, for a period of time, further showcasing his expertise in managing diverse and dynamic online communities.
